Return and Refund Policy

At Five Wheels, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund and return policy below.

Returns

You have 10 calendar days to return a car from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your car must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your car must also be in the original packaging and include all accessories and documentation.

Refunds

Once we receive your car, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned car. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the car.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

  • Cars sold “as-is” or marked as final sale.
  • Accessories or parts that have been used or installed.

Exchange Policy

If the car you have received is defective or damaged, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. You have 10 calendar days from the date of purchase to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your car must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your car must also be in the original packaging and include all accessories and documentation.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your car. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges, Five Wheels will cover the shipping costs for sending the new car to you. However, you will still be responsible for the shipping costs to send the original car back to us.

Conditions for Return and Exchange

  • All returns and exchanges must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns and exchanges will only be processed for cars purchased directly from Five Wheels.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our policy conditions.
